In New Zealand, we have lots of tree ferns and it's always green! We see a lot of horses, sheep, possums, deer, and birds. My favorite birds are the fantails, tuis, and pukekos. One thing I really like about my country is that it's safe. I enjoy reading, motorbike riding on my farm, and playing in the mud. My favorite books to read are mystery books! I listen to pop music and I like playing games outside, especially handball, netball, and badminton. I have many friends from other countries like Korea, South Africa, Singapore, and Malaysia. My parents and grandparents are from South Africa. Although I speak English at school, I speak Afrikaans at home. My favorite subject at school is art technology. When I grow up I would like to become an artist, diver, or maybe a farmer.
