Hey Kids! Don't Forget To ...

Use fluoride toothpaste, toothbrushes, and dental floss to fight plaque.

Fluoride toothpaste not only keeps teeth strong and helps prevent cavities — it keeps breath fresh, too!

Brush Teeth and gums with Fluoride Toothpaste at least twice a day, especially after eating breakfast and before bedtime.

Floss helps get rid of plaque between the theeth that brushing may have missed.

Visit the Dentist Regularly.

Floss Your Teeth Daily.

Limit the number of times you eat snacks each day... and remember to practice healthy eating and get plenty of calcium.
