CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT ROTATION:
4 months on-site at one of Colgate's Customer Development offices across the country
As a member of our Customer Development organization, you will:
- Receive hands-on account management learning
- Interact with key account decision-makers
- Develop an understanding of the relationship between manufacturer & retailer
- Better understand the customer by analyzing store & shopper
BRAND ROTATION:
5 months at our headquarters in New York City
As a member of our US Marketing Brand team, you will:
- Work with cross-functional teams on a day-to-day basis
- Develop an understanding of each department's role in product management
- Evaluate in-market performance using various metrics
- Help develop brand strategies and retail marketing plans
GLOBAL ROTATION:
3 months at our headquarters in New York City or Topeka
As a member of our Global Business Development team, you will:
- Build strategic thinking skills as you help manage brand equities across the world
- Interface with other Colgate offices around the globe
- Travel to a Colgate location outside of the US
- Learn what it means to run a truly global business
