Becoming the Best Place to Work

At Colgate, we know that a fulfilled employee is a productive employee. Colgate people are those who drive product innovation, market leadership and profitable growth. We recognize that talented people want challenging work, and we encourage our employees to take on stimulating and exciting projects that give them the experience to reach their potential. As part of the growth process, each employee takes an active part in personal annual goal-setting.

We conduct a survey to measure Colgate peoples' satisfaction with their work. As of the most recent survey, more than 20,000 of our employees had been surveyed, and at least 95 percent of those surveyed report that they are pleased with their employment.
