I chose to join Colgate because of its strong company values, focus on people development and long reputation as a company with high ethical standards.
I am currently the Human Resources Director for Global Marketing and Customer Development based in the US. Most of my time is spent on people development, change management, ensuring appropriate pay for performance and recruitment.

Since joining Colgate, I have grown professionally in several ways. I better understand the importance of personal leadership and how it has an impact on the people you work with on a daily basis. I also have learned that while you must be technically competent at what you do, you cannot forget the importance of building relationships.
Every Colgate opportunity has been exciting and very valuable in my development. Some of my favorites have been working in Europe and Latin America. It is great to work with smart and creative people from all over the world. In addition, I am really enjoying the fast pace of my current position and getting to better understand the Company’s commercial strategies.
