Posted by: ferrel5 When we first taught our kids to "wash up" before eating, we taught them to make bubbles. We showed them that the harder and faster you rubbed your hands together, the more bubbles you made. They wanted to show us the big bubbles they had made every time we asked them to "wash up". Now it is no problem to get them to "wash up". Even my 11 year old has fun making bubbles when she washes her hands. Then, I pretend to try to use her soap and she laughs as she tells me it's just for her.
