Discover the Joy.

Colgate-Palmolive and Reading Is Fundamental (RIF), the nation's oldest and largest children's literacy nonprofit organization, first teamed up in 2004 to provide new book collections to children nationwide. Colgate is committed to promoting children's literacy and has contributed more than $1,300,000 to RIF since 2004 to help share the joy of reading and build healthy reading, brushing and hand washing habits among children.

Through the Healthy Bedtime Habits program, thousands of books and bilingual resources have been donated to children across the country. This year's campaign — Healthy Bedtime Habits For a Lifetime — includes local reading events, 125 donated book collections, and an interactive website at www.colgatehealthyhabits.com with resources for parents to help their children develop healthy bedtime routines. The website features new interactive activities such as the "Create Your Own Story" book and a book collection give-away contest.

Colgate-Palmolive is the #1 seller of toothpaste and a world leader in oral care products. Colgate also makes personal care products and household cleaners. In addition to Colgate toothpaste, our other well-known brands include Palmolive soaps and shampoos, Softsoap liquid hand soap, Mennen deodorants, Ajax and Fabuloso. We are committed to three core corporate values: Caring, Global Teamwork and Continuous Improvement. These values are reflected not only in the quality of our products and the reputation of our Company, but also in our dedication to serving the communities where it does business.

Thanks Colgate, we love our books!
