NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. The Irish Springs “Luck of the Irish Las Vegas Sweepstakes” ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 am Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on February 25, 2008 and ends 12:00:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on July 1, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes.
(1) Visit www.GetIrishNow.com and follow the instructions to complete the official entry form with your first name, last name, complete address (no P.O. boxes), telephone number, email address and birthdate. Click on the “Submit” button and you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Online entries must be received by 12:00:00 PM EDT on July 1, 2008. If there is a dispute about whom the email address or entry belongs to, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the name indicated on the entry form. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted, and individuals engaging in such practices will be disqualified. The use of automated or third-party software or Web site to enter is prohibited.
(2) On a 3" x 5" card, print your first and last name, complete address (no P.O. boxes), age and telephone number and mail your entry in a #10 envelope to Irish Springs “Luck of the Irish Las Vegas Sweepstakes”, P.O. Box 1213, Lombard, IL 60148-8213. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 7/1/08 and received by 7/8/08. Limit one entry per postmarked outer envelope. Each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped outer envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries allowed. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or postage-due mail or entries. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Limit one entry per person regardless of entry method.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States/D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Colgate-Palmolive Company ("Sponsor") and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies involved with this Sweepstakes, and each of their immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, whether step, adoptive or biological) and those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

DRAWING: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 15, 2008 from all eligible entries received from both entry methods combined. The drawing will be conducted by Wunderman, an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon total number of eligible entries received from both entry methods.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a Trip to Las Vegas for the winner and three (3) guests. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation for the winner and three (3) guests from a major commercial airport near the winner’s residence to Las Vegas, NV, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (two rooms – bachelor suite for the winner and one standard guest room at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino), ground transportation to/from the Las Vegas airport to the hotel, a gift certificate for (4) to Flyaway Indoor Skydiving, 4 rounds of golf at a Las Vegas course, an ATV Excursion for four while in Las Vegas and for the winner only, $1,000 in spending money. Any expenses not specified herein, including meals, gratuities and incidental hotel charges are the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel date to be specified by Sponsor. In the event the winner cannot travel on the date designated by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries. The estimated approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $15,900. Actual value of Grand Prize depends on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded.

All travel and accommodations are subject to availability and restrictions and are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Guests of the winner must be 21 years of age or older and guests must travel with winner on the same itinerary. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to, airline flights) beyond its control. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner or winner’s guest will be forfeited. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winner or winner’s guest. Prize must be accepted as awarded. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made except as provided herein or at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if an advertised prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner must comply with all Sweepstakes rules as published.

PRIZE NOTIFICATION/WINNER VERIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by overnight mail and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release within ten (10) days of date printed on prize notification, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries received. Guests of Grand Prize winner will also be required to complete, sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release before travel will be booked. If prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, chosen at random from the remaining eligible entries received. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, voice, quotes and/or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes in commerce and in any and all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All federal, state and other taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 in January, 2010 for the actual value of the trip. The winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of accepting the prize. Prize cannot be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes or is unavailable for any reason.

The winner by entering and accepting a prize, acknowledges compliance with and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and agrees to release and hold Sponsor, Wunderman and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, media partners, and advertising, promotion, and other coordinating agencies involved in this Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (“Promotional Parties”) harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind sustained in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the use, acceptance, possession, awarding or participation of any prize-related activity or travel thereto.
By accepting the Grand Prize and participating in the Flyaway Indoor Skydiving and ATV Excursion, the winner and guests accepts the risks and the inherently dangerous nature of these events, including personal injury and/or death; acknowledges that his/her receipt, use and participation in the prize event is voluntary, acknowledges that there are natural factors and occurrences which may impact or affect the safety of the activities in which he/she is participating, and he/she assumes the risk of such factors and occurrences and agrees that the Sponsor and its agencies shall not be in any way responsible for any resulting injury and/or death.

INTERNET: The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited. Any person who uses or attempts to use such means to enter the Sweepstakes will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes and will be ineligible to receive a prize. If for any reason the online portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, due to reasons including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify, cancel or suspend the online portion of this Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor shall determine the winner in accordance with these rules from among all valid, non-suspect entries received prior to the event which warranted such action, and all mail-in entries received. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Promotional Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or for failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
