Spicy Cajun Dip

            ( Makes 1 cup )

 

Ingredients

 

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt




Preparation

 

Mix together all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the flavors to develop before serving with the catfish fingers.
