Herbed Butter

 

Ingredients

 

4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley, oregano and thyme, or herbs of your choice
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
1 teaspoon seasoned salt






Preparation

 

Chop the herbs finely and combine with seasoned salt. Add to the soft butter and mix well. Refrigerate in a small container with a cover until ready to use. Bring to room temperature before using.


  • You can also sprinkle on a little lemon pepper as well
