Spicy
Coleslaw
Ingredients
2 cups finely shredded red cabbage
2 cups finely shredded green cabbage
1 cup finely chopped red onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Preparation
Mix the cabbage and red onion together in
a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients
until smooth. Pour the dressing over the vegetables, tossing
to coat them well. Chill until ready to serve, at least
an hour.
