Chevre Croutons

 

 

Ingredients

 

1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons Mascarpone cheese
3 tablespoons Chevre
12 small slices of French bread
Fresh parsley leaves for garnish






 

Preparation

 

Finely chop the basil leaves. In a small bowl, combine the basil and parsley with the Mascarpone and the Chevre. Blend thoroughly. Preheat the broiler and grill slices of French bread until light golden brown. Spread the cheese mixture over the toasted bread.
