Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures is among the most successful children's oral health initiatives. Since 1991 the program has impacted the lives of more than a billion children by providing free oral health education and dental care in over 80 countries.

Award Winning Oral Health Curriculum

We believe oral health is foundational, not just to bright smiles, but also to long-term health, wellbeing, and opportunity. Developed by global dental care experts, Colgate’s multi-cultural dental education materials and games help kids learn powerful habits like brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and empowering them to keep their smiles healthy for a lifetime.

Through our proven curriculum (available online and in 30 languages), and through advocacy we work to ensure that cavity prevention remains a top global health priority.

Reaching Communities in Need

In the United States, Colgate’s classroom curriculum reaches nearly 4 million children in all 50 states. In some areas, Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures is mobile. Colgate’s fleet of mobile dental vans travel to rural and urban communities in the United States to provide access to oral health education, free dental screenings and treatment referrals to more than 10 million children.
