Important Safety Information:

PreviDent 5000 Sensitive (1.1% Sodium Fluoride, 5% Potassium Nitrate) is a dental caries preventative and a sensitive teeth toothpaste for patients 12 years of age and older. The product is for twice daily, topical use followed by rinsing. This product is not to be used longer than 4 weeks unless recommended by a dentist or physician. It is not to be swallowed. Allergic reactions and idiosyncrasies have been rarely reported. (Also for PreviDent 5000 Enamel Protect)

 

PreviDent 5000 Booster (1.1% Sodium Fluoride) is a dental caries preventative toothpaste for adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older. The product is for once daily, topical use. It is not to be swallowed. Allergic reactions and idiosyncrasies have been rarely reported. (Also for PreviDent 5000 Dry mouth and Plus)

 

PreviDent Rinse (0.2% Neutral Sodium Fluoride) is a once weekly product for the treatment of dental caries in adults and children 6 years and older. Patients with mucositis, gingival tissues may be hypersensitive to the flavor or alcohol present in the formulation. Allergic reactions and other idiosyncrasies are rarely reported. The product should not be swallowed.

 

PreviDent Gel (1.1% Sodium Fluoride) is a self-applied, once daily topical fluoride gel for the prevention of dental caries in adults and children 6 years and older. Allergic reactions and other idiosyncrasies have been rarely reported. The product should not be swallowed.

 

PreviDent Varnish (5% Sodium Fluoride) is a topical fluoride varnish for the treatment of dentinal and post operative sensitivity. It is contraindicated in patients with ulcerative gingivitis and stomatitis. When extensive applications have been made, nausea can occur and edematous swellings have been reported in rare instances. Dyspnea, although extremely rare, has occurred in asthmatic children.
