I. Program and Registration Period

Refund Period: 15 March 2025 - 15 September 2025
II. Program Description
(i) Consumers who wish to participate in the “Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief 14-Day Money Back Guarantee Program” (“Program”) are considered to agree to the rules and regulations of the Program upon participation. If any consumer disagrees with all or any part of the rules and regulations, they should not participate in the Program.
(ii) Program Details:
Consumers who purchase Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief toothpaste products from authorized channels in the Program from 15 March 2025 - 31 August 2025 and use them as instructed on the packaging but still feel no relief from tooth sensitivity can apply for a refund within the refund period.
1. Eligible Products for Refund: Only Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief toothpaste range purchased from authorized channels.
2. Authorized Channels for Refund: Eligible products must be purchased from any stores (including physical and online stores) and the Colgate official store on Shopee and Lazada during the Program period, and used as per the packaging instructions.
3. Refund Submission Deadline: 5 September 2025.
4. Refund Amount: The actual purchase price as shown on the receipt during the Program period, excluding any discounts, credit card discounts, or vouchers used.
5. Successful Refund Notification: Applicants will be notified of successful refund applications by no later than 10 September 2025.
6. Refund Payment Date: All refunds will be processed and remitted by no later than 15 September 2025.
7. Refund Application Procedure:
- To request for a refund, consumers are required to fill in their personal details, purchase details, and Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet or DuitNow account details, as well as attach the original receipt (with identifiable product name or barcode of the Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief toothpaste product range) in the form titled “Sensitivity Relief in 1 Minute - Guaranteed or Get Full Refund in 14 Days” (“Refund Request form”) in the Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Money Back Guarantee Malaysia site (https://www.colgate.com/en-my/campaign/cspr-money-back-guarantee). Refunds will be made to consumers via Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet or DuitNow funds transfer. Successful refund applicants will be informed via email upon completion of refund. All information must be submitted via the Refund Request form in the Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Money Back Guarantee Malaysia site (https://www.colgate.com/en-my/campaign/cspr-money-back-guarantee) by 5 September 2025.
- Incomplete applications, incorrect personal information, or applications not meeting the criteria will not be processed, and no further notifications or opportunities for resubmission will be provided.
- All information provided in the Refund Request form must be accurate and complete. In cases where a refund cannot be processed due to incomplete personal information, the applicant will be deemed to have forfeited the right to a refund. Colgate-Palmolive Marketing Sdn Bhd (“The Organizer”) reserves the right to cancel refund eligibility if any information is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete. The Organizer disclaims any legal responsibility for any false or inaccurate information provided. The Organizer retains the final right to review and interpret all application materials and documents submitted for the refund.
8. Refund Application Notes:
- The original receipt of Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief products purchased through authorized channels during the Program period must be provided (the receipt must have identifiable product names or barcodes of the Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief toothpaste product range).
- Each receipt and the detailed purchase record of the promotional products is limited to one application only
- Different participants cannot share the same receipt/details for the application.
- The refund amount is calculated based on the actual payment amount provided on the original receipt (based on the actual paid amount stated on the invoice during the Program period at the authorized channels. Any channel discounts, credit card discounts, or instant rebate vouchers will be deducted accordingly).
- Each person is limited to one refund opportunity and cannot apply for a refund repeatedly. In the event of force majeure, the Organizer reserves the right to alter the eligibility for refund applications.
- The refund offer is valid for one (1) Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief toothpaste in each transaction per DuitNow or Touch ‘n Go account holder. Offer is limited to individual consumers; bulk or group purchases are not eligible.
- All refund contacts and payments will be based on the information filled out in the Refund Request form. Applicants must ensure that the information is correct, truthful, and complete. If contact or refund is not possible or there is an error in the refund due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information, it will be considered a waiver of rights, and the applicant will bear the responsibility. The Organizer will not notify or compensate separately.

III. Other Regulations
- The ”Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief 14-Day Money Back Guarantee Program” (“Program”) is organized by Colgate- Palmolive Marketing Sdn Bhd (“The Organizer”).
- To participate in this Program, contact you, process refund, and for The Organizer to provide services and meet your requests, offer information about The Organizer's products and/or other marketing materials, analyze personal data for business reporting and personalized services, consolidate and/or anonymize personal data for The Organizer's business purposes, The Organizers will collect, process, and use the general personal data you provide (including email address, and DuitNow or Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet mobile number and name). By participating in this Program, consumers agree to abide by the Program rules, terms, and conditions and The Organizer's Personal Data Notice and Privacy Policy (https://www.colgate.com/en-my/campaign/notice-and-personal-data-policy), and agree to The Organizer (or their entrusted third parties) to collect, process, use, and transfer the participants' general personal data, including including email address, and DuitNow or Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet mobile number and name, for the aforementioned purposes and in accordance with The Organizer's Personal Data Notice and Privacy Policy (https://www.colgate.com/en-my/campaign/notice-and-personal-data-policy). By checking the consent box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and agree that your electronic consent given to The Organizer has the same effect as a handwritten signature. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program or receive the refund. If a consumer violates the Program rules or related regulations or participates in the Program by forgery, alteration, or fraud, The Organizer has full discretion to cancel their participation and refund eligibility, and The Organizer may seek compensation for any damages incurred from the consumer.
- If there are any delays, losses, errors, failures to identify, or damage to the information submitted by participants in this Program due to computer, network, telephone, technology, or other reasons not attributable to The Organizer the eligibility for refund will be deemed forfeited, and The Organizer will not bear any legal responsibility. Participants may not raise objections for such reasons.
- Participants guarantee that all data submitted is truthful and not using or misusing any third party's data; legal responsibility for using or misusing any third party’s data lies with the participants and is unrelated to The Organizer. If falsified information is found, the Organizers will cancel their prize qualification and have no obligation to offer the prize. If the prize has already been dispatched, The Organizer has the right to demand punitive compensation and related administrative fees and damages from the participant.
- The purchase receipt must clearly display the Program’s period and details of the items purchased, including transaction or sales details, to request for refund. If the purchase receipt is lost, damaged, provided with incomplete markings, or the receipt number or Program items cannot be identified, it will be considered invalid, and the refund cannot be redeemed. The Organizer has the final review and interpretation rights for the redemption documents attached by the participants.
- If a consumer has previously redeemed a refund within the Program period, they will automatically forfeit eligibility for another refund, and The Organizer will not issue separate notifications regarding this.
- This Program is open to all citizens and permanent residents in Malaysia.
- If consumers use malicious computer programs or other apparent methods that violate the fairness of the Program to confuse or influence the Program results, once detected by The Organizer, they may immediately cancel the consumer's refund entitlement and not proceed to do the refund.
- The refunds from this Program are based on electronic cash return only from the amount paid shown on purchase receipt for one (1) Colgate Sensitive Pro Relief toothpaste. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or change the Program rules and methods.
- During the period that the consumer's personal data is held by The Organizer, consumers can call 1800-883-918 or email consumer_affairs_malaysia@colpal.com to exercise their personal data protection rights (query or request access, request a copy, request supplementation or correction, request gathering of data collection, processing, or use, or request deletion) or opt-out. For details, please refer to The Organizer's Personal Data Notice and Privacy Policy (https://www.colgate.com/en-my/campaign/notice-and-personal-data-policy). If the information provided is incorrect, fictitious, incomplete, or differs from the proof of identity provided by the participant, The Organizer has the right to cancel the eligibility for refund.
- In addition to the aforementioned terms, if there are any other matters not covered, The Organizer reserves the right to modify and cancel this Program without prior notice and shall have the right to interpret or decide on all matters regarding this Program and the right to change the Program. Any changes and other detailed terms will be announced on the Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Money Back Guarantee Malaysia site (https://www.colgate.com/en-my/campaign/cspr-money-back-guarantee).
