Soda

Soda drinks often contain artificial coloring agents which can cause extrinsic teeth stains. They are also acidic which contributes to teeth staining.

Sauces

Sauces such as soy sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar are often dark and acidic which can cause brownish teeth stains.

Cigar

Smoking Stains are cause by tobacco which contains nicotine and tar, both of which contribute to tooth discoloration. Nicotine is colorless but can combine with oxygen in the air to create yellowish stains.
