• Introduction

  1. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the enrollment of dentists ("Participants") in the Free Dental Checkup ("Campaign") organized by Colgate Palmolive Philippines Inc. ("Organizer").

  2. By opting in to participate in the Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

• Eligibility

  1. The Campaign is open to licensed dentists who are residents of the Philippines.

• Enrollment Process

  1. To participate, dentists must complete the opt-in form available at  https://www.colgate.com/en-ph/dentist-signup

  2. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.

  3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may disqualify any Participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

• Campaign Participation

  1. Upon successful enrollment, Participants will receive a confirmation email with details about the Campaign.

  2. Participants agree to actively participate in the Campaign activities as outlined by the Organizer.

  3. Participants agree to allocate timeslots in their weekly calendars for bookings originating from the Campaign.

  4. Bookings originating from the Campaign shall be honored by Participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

  5. Before conducting the dental checkup, Participants must kindly request that customers present either a screenshot or email of their Colgate Online Oral Health Check results. This is required before proceeding to the availment of the checkup in the clinic.

  6. Should a customer not have these readily available, Participants or their staff are requested to direct customers to our marketing collaterals (if available in the clinic) or our website https://www.colgate.com/en-ph/oral-health-quiz to obtain their Oral Health Check results.

  7. Participants commit to providing professional and courteous service to all customers coming from the Campaign.

  8. The Campaign will commence on February 1, 2026 and end on December 31, 2026. 

  9. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

• Data Privacy

  1. By enrolling in the Campaign, Participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of the Campaign.

  2. The Organizer will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy, available at:

• Intellectual Property

  1. All materials, content, and information provided during the Campaign are the intellectual property of the Organizer.

  2. Participants may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Campaign materials without the prior written consent of the Organizer.

• Limitation of Liability

  1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with any actions or negligence by customers or Participants during the Campaign.

  2. The Organizer makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by customers or Participants during the Campaign.

• Governing Law

  1. These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Philippine laws.

  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Organizer is located.
