The Colgate Whitening Coach: CRM Journey (the “CRM Journey”) will begin this November 1, 2023 (“Activation Period”) as an always-on activation.
I. PARTICIPANTS
A. Residents of the Philippines who are at least eighteen (18) years old on or before the start of the Activation Period (Date) are qualified to join.
II.SURVEY
A. There is no purchase requirement needed to answer the survey.
B. Participants must have properly filled-out and completely answered the whole survey questionnaire consisting of 13 questions until they reach the page containing the results of their profile type.
C. After filling out the questionnaire, participants will get to view their results of their profile types. The following are the possible categories:
Beauty: Potency, Cost Accessibility or Safety
Foodie: Potency, Cost Accessibility or Safety
Soon to be Brides/Event: Potency, Cost Accessibility or Safety
D. Once the participant has his/her own profile type, he/she will be receiving product bundle recommendations, lifestyle tips, product usage tips via the website and email marketing.
