Colgate Free Dental Check-Up Terms & Conditions

 

  • Introduction

    1. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern all individuals legally residing in Singapore ("Consumers") for Colgate Free Dental Check-Up ("Campaign") organized by Colgate-Palmolive Marketing Sdn Bhd ("Organizer").

    2. By opting in to participate in the Campaign, Consumers agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

  • Campaign Period

    1. The Campaign will be active from February 15, 2026, to September 30, 2026 (the "Campaign Period"). The free dental check-up offered under this Campaign is valid only during this defined period.

  • Eligibility

    1. The Campaign is open to all individuals legally residing in Singapore with a valid identification document, aged 18 years and above as at the start of the Campaign Period.

    2. Consumers below 18 years must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

  • Participation Method

    1. To participate in the Campaign, access the official Campaign URL https://www.colgate.com/en-sg/oral-health-quiz by scanning the QR code on selected product packaging or in-store materials, social media, or digital advertisements.

    2. Upon reaching the Campaign website, Consumers are required to complete an online oral health questionnaire. 

    3. After completing the oral health questionnaire, Consumers are required to provide personal details including full name, a valid email address, and postcode.

    4. To complete this submission for a free dental check-up, Consumers must provide consent by ticking the checkbox agreeing to our Data Privacy Terms.

    5. A confirmation email from consumer_affairs_malaysia@colpal.com will be sent to the registered email address upon successful submission.

  • Scope of Free Dental Check-Up Offer

    1. The offer entitles the Consumer to one (1) free basic dental consultation and check-up at a participating dental clinic. The scope of the check-up is at the sole discretion of the participating dental clinic.

    2. Exclusions: This offer does not cover any additional treatments, including but not limited to scaling, polishing, fillings, extractions, X-rays, or any cosmetic procedures. Any costs for services beyond the basic check-up are the sole responsibility of the Consumer.

    3. To redeem the offer, the Consumer must present the official confirmation email (digital or printed) at a participating dental clinic.

    4. Walk-in requests for Free Dental Checks will not be entertained. All sessions must be scheduled in advance by calling a participating dental clinic from the official list provided on our website. All bookings are subject to the individual clinic's slot availability and operating hours.

    5. The offer is strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable, or redeemable by the Consumer in any other form or manner. 

  • Participating Clinics

    1. The offer is only redeemable at dental clinics listed on the Campaign website. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the list of participating clinics without prior notice.

    2. Consumers are responsible for booking their own appointment directly with their chosen clinic. Appointments are subject to the clinic’s availability.

    3. The Organiser is not a provider of dental services and is not responsible for any advice, treatment, or service rendered by the participating dental clinics.

  • Additional Items

    1. The oral health score provided via the questionnaire is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for a professional dental diagnosis.

    2. The Organiser excludes its responsibilities and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay, or changes to the Campaign due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organiser's control.

    3. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained, arising out of or in connection with the participation in the Campaign or redemption of the offer.

    4. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, to change the Terms and Conditions, including the Campaign Period. 

    5. By submitting an entry, Consumers are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    6. All costs and expenses incurred from participation, including without limitation, telecommunications and network charges, shall be borne by the Consumer.

    7. The Organiser is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or technical malfunction of networks, online systems, or servers.

    8. The Terms and Conditions of the Campaign shall be construed, governed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

  • Data Privacy

    1. By enrolling in the Campaign, Participants consent to the processing of the Participant’s personal data by the Organiser for the purpose of the Campaign.

    2. The Organizer will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy, available at:

  • Intellectual Property

    1. All materials, content, and information provided during the Campaign are the intellectual property of the Organizer.

    2. Consumers may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Campaign materials without the prior written consent of the Organizer.

  • Limitation of Liability

    1. The Organiser, its directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors, representatives and/or the appointed agency shall not be liable to any Consumer in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the Consumer and/or patient arising out of or in connection with the participation by the Consumer in the Campaign.

  • Governing Law

    1. The Terms and Conditions of the Campaign shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
