Promotion Dates

Usage Limit per Customer

Unlimited usage per customer during the promotion period, subject to: successful participation and voucher issuance under the Campaign mechanics; and any additional usage limitations that may be imposed by the retailer (for example, limits per transaction, per day, or per basket, where applicable).

● Participants scan a QR code (online or in-store) to access the Campaign landing page.

● The landing page features a Spin Wheel mechanic.

● Participants must register by entering their Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Email Address.

● Participants must agree to the following mandatory check box: "I confirm I am at least 18 years old and I agree to Colgate-Palmolive’s Privacy Policy and competition Terms and Conditions; I consent to my information being shared within the Colgate-Palmolive group, which may be transferred outside of Gulf Council Countries (GCC), Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Morocco and Tunisia; I agree to receive marketing and promotional emails and other communications from Colgate-Palmolive Company’s Family of Brands; and I agree to their use of my personal information to provide me with personalised advertisements, content, and offers, and for other purposes provided in the Privacy Policy. Unsubscribe from direct email communications at any time."

● After the spin is complete, Participants will receive an email to confirm their email address.

● Once confirmed, the Participant will receive a second email containing the voucher code (e.g., COLGATE10, COLGATE20, COLGATE30, or COLGATE40) for use with the retailer.

● A "Thank You" page will appear at the end of the journey to conclude the process.

● Each valid entry will receive one (1) “Gift” for every valid and complete entry submitted successfully on the redemption platform based on the spin result.

● Rewards (10%, 20%, 30%, or 40% vouchers) are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable.

● Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or reward credit or any other gift of any kind.

● Employees of Colgate or any other third parties associated with this Campaign and for marketing services are unable to participate in the Campaign, and any submission will be deemed invalid.

● In case of doubt of any fraudulent activity the Promoters reserve the right to deny any claim that is deemed to have been met with fraudulent activity and/or not abiding by the rules set out in the Terms & Conditions.

● By entering this Campaign, participants warrant that they have carefully read, accepted and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

● The Promoter will interpret the Terms and Conditions in their sole discretion and reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.

● In the event of a dispute, Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that the decision of the Promoter will be final and binding.

● The Promoter, its directors, members, partners, and employees are not eligible to participate.

● The Promoter shall not be held liable for any actions, claims, and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, or expense resulting from participation in the Campaign.

● The Promoter is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.

● The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, extend, or modify the Campaign at any time with immediate effect by providing notice on the website.

● By participating in this Campaign, the Participant submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai for any and all actions or claims in any way related to this Campaign and expressly agree that such actions or claims are subject to the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
