The dental screening report is generated by our chatbot using AI technology  [developed and maintained by Logy.AI (Nex Fitzap Private Limited)] and is designed to provide a preliminary assessment of your oral health. The images are used to screen for visible caries and stains, and the questions evaluate the likelihood of gum problems. The Dental Score is calculated as a combination of the oral conditions identified in the Report. The report  is intended to be a preliminary screening tool and is not a substitute for professional  diagnosis or treatment. For a comprehensive and accurate evaluation of your dental health, we recommend scheduling a free follow-up dental consultation with an IDA dentist in your area. They will be able to conduct a thorough examination and provide personalized professional advice and treatment if necessary. Improving your dental score involves adopting good dental hygiene practices and making regular visits to the dentist. Here are some key steps you can take:

1. Brush thoroughly twice a day and floss daily
2. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months
3. Visit a dentist every 6 months
4. Eat a balanced diet and limit snacks between meals
5. Use dental products that contain fluoride, including toothpaste

Inclusion Criteria:

• First In-Clinic Dental Consultation: Patients must have a prior appointment to avail their first free dental consultation with the dentist.
• The dental report received on whatsapp needs to be shown to the dentist along with the unique ID number for record purposes.
  

Exclusion Criteria:

• Paper case file/ patient e-registration charges, if at any of the dental clinics
  
• Follow-Up Visits: Any subsequent follow-up visits or visits for treatment discussions after the first free dental check-up.
  
• Dental Investigations: Any dental investigations such as x-rays, OPG (Orthopantomogram), CBCT, bitewings, and other diagnostic imagings.
  
• Preventive and Prophylactic Treatments: Any preventive or prophylactic treatments or interventions such as scaling, fluoride application, and fillings.
  
• Restorative, Regenerative, and Rehabilitative Care: Any restorative, regenerative, or rehabilitative dental care, including but not limited to oral surgeries, endodontic procedures (root canals), gum surgeries, crowns, bridges, implants, laser treatments, and pulp therapies.
  
• Advanced or Specialized Treatments: Any advanced or specialized dental treatments.

The advanced report is auto-generated using artificial intelligence, based on the dental screening images, and/or responses provided to the questions. The images are used to screen for visible caries and stains, and the questions evaluate the likelihood of gum issues. The Dental Score is calculated as a combination of the three oral conditions identified in the advanced report. The basic report is based on the responses provided to the questions, which are used to evaluate the likelihood of caries and gum issues. The Dental Score is calculated as a combination of the two oral conditions identified in the Basic Report.

The dental screening report provides only a broad assessment of the oral health of the individual. In case of low scores, a consultation with a dentist is recommended who will be most suited to advise on the course of action.
