T&Cs – [CHANCE TO WIN Glucometer]
This CHANCE TO WIN Glucometer Offer (the “Contest”) is a consumer engagement contest, which is sponsored and operated by Colgate- Palmolive (India) Limited (“Colgate”). The terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) herein lay down the rules of the Contest.
This contest is valid only for the citizens of India above 18 years of age and only applicable for participation in the contest in India. PURCHASE OF ANY COLGATE PACK IS NOT MANDATORY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. THE CONTEST DOES NOT PROMOTE ANY FORM OF BETTING OR GAMBLING ETC. AND IS ONLY A FREE TO PARTICIPATE CONTEST (WITHOUT ANY PARTICIPATION CHARGE OR FEES). THE PARTICIPANT ACCORDINGLY TO GET A CHANCE TO WIN A Glucometer AS PER THE T&C’S.
The contest for participation is valid only in India w.e.f 1st Nov 2022 until 31st Dec 2023 (“the Offer Period”). Contest is open to eligible participants as mentioned above, subject to other terms and conditions contained herein.
This Contest will be promoted on digital media – Facebook, Instagram, Google & authorized affiliate partners. Interested participants subject to clause 2 and 3 above may participate from any of these mediums and will be required to follow as below:
FOR PARTICIPATION:
Contestants can participate in the Contest during the Offer Period on the pages promoting the Contest. Again purchase of pack is not mandatory.
Contestants to read all T&C and share their consent on the landing page of the QR code.
Contestants share their basic details to participate in the contest and also get to join the Colgate Smiles Club.
To participate in the contest, the interested participants will have to update their details on the participation landing page to participate in the contest which is free and without any charge (as per the terms and conditions mentioned therein). With this, enrolled participants will be eligible to receive various promotional and products related promotional information and communication from Colgate as per the terms and condition of the Colgate Smiles Club.
On the landing page, at the time of registering on the Colgate Smiles Club, participants are required to thoroughly read, understand the T&C’s and are voluntarily required to agree to the terms and conditions and Privacy Policy of the contest.
Only the participants who have successfully registered themselves on the Colgate Smiles Club through the aforesaid process of participation, will be able to participate in the Contest and stand a chance to win a Glucometer as per the discretion of Colgate.
A participant can register on Colgate Smile Club only once with his single email and mobile number.
A list of lucky winners will be declared monthly till 31st Dec 2023. Colgate will randomly select from amongst the aforesaid participants a total of 40 winners from those who have participated successfully during the contest.
At the end of the contest, the winners will be communicated via email/SMS/call by Colgate and /or its agencies on the credentials shared, with a link to a webpage (winner details collection page).
The prize consisting of the opportunity to win a glucometer, will be given as per the discretion of Colgate and the winners shall not have any right to request or demand for any specific change of time, date, duration or virtual meeting platform/link of the event. The decision of Colgate in this regard shall be final and it will be sole responsibility of the winner to be available at the communicated time for the e-meet. No other requests for prizes or otherwise will be entertained.
Colgate and /or its agency will never demand or solicit or request for - (a) any advance payment or request for any kind of payment or charges whatsoever; or (b) any financial information of your accounts, credit or debit card etc; or (c) clicking any link or subscribe any suspicious link etc.; except registering with basic personal information on Colgate smiles club through the landing page reached from the QR code on the Promotional Pack only.
The decision of Colgate as regards to the contest shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Contest shall be responded to by Colgate or its facilitating partners from the date of the closure of the Contest.
The prize cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
The images used on collaterals for the promotion of the contest are for creative representation only. The actual event (and all aspects related to it) will be as per the Colgate’s discretion.
This Contest shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
Standard force majeure terms apply to this Contest including government restrictions and inability to operate / perform due to reasons of pandemic situation etc. In case of cancellation of any match or the entire contest for any reasons whatsoever which makes the contest and its winning prizes difficult to be provided, the Contest will stand canceled and no winners shall be declared due to the same at the discretion of Colgate.
