The Giveaway is organized and promoted by Colgate-Palmolive Gulf States Ltd. (the “Company”). This text is the contract and the terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) that governs the relationship between the Company and you (“You”, the “Consumer(s)” or “Winner(s)”) in contracting the activation of the Giveaway. The Consumer shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions laid herein. It is at the absolute discretion of the Consumer to participate in the Giveaways.  

The Company reserves the right to revise the T&Cs at any time. You are responsible for regular review of the T&Cs.

a) The Giveaway entries submissions will start on 23 September 2026 from 00:01 Qatar time and closes at 11:59PM Qatar time on 23 October 2026. The Company reserves the right to extend the last day of submission of entries without prior notice.  

b) The Giveaway is valid in Qatar, for everyone aged 18 years old or older, having a valid national identity or Passport.

a) This activation is valid in Qatar. To be eligible, consumers must purchase a minimum of 30 QAR worth of Colgate products in a single transaction to receive one (1) raffle voucher, a minimum of 60 QAR worth of Colgate products in a single transaction to receive two (2) raffle vouchers, or a minimum of 90 QAR worth of Colgate products in a single transaction to receive three (3) raffle vouchers during the activation period.  

b) Purchase Identification: The cashier automatically identifies eligible transactions and will issue one (1) raffle voucher for a minimum of 30 QAR spent on eligible Colgate products in a single transaction, two (2) raffle vouchers for a minimum of 60 QAR spent on eligible Colgate products in a single transaction, or three (3) raffle vouchers for a minimum of 90 QAR spent on eligible Colgate products in a single transaction.  

c) Voucher Distribution: The system prompts the cashier to hand a physical raffle voucher raffle voucher to the qualifying shopper.   

d) Customer Entry: The customer fills out their personal details on the physical voucher.

e) Voucher Submission: The customer drops the completed voucher into the designated physical raffle box.

f) Voucher Collection: The Company, or one of its authorized entities, collects all submitted vouchers from the physical raffle boxes.  

a) The winner will be contacted by phone by the Company (or any authorized third party)on October 26, 2026 and be informed of next steps and justification to be presented to receive the trip to London voucher. The winner will be chosen through a manual raffle, the process of choosing the winner will be announced at selected Lulu outlets . The Company reserves the right to exclude a participant from the participants' list if he/she is not matching with the terms and conditions of eligibility, based upon the below-mentioned reasons:  

I. Fake identity or incorrect personal information 

II. Cheating suspicion 

III. Information requested was not received on time 

IV. Any other reasons deemed reasonably by the Company as invalidating the participation. 

b) The decision of the Company shall be final and binding. The Company shall not entertain any claim by the Winner(s) or Participant(s) citing problems of a technical malfunction of his/her computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software while registering to participate or in claiming the prizes in case if he/she is a lucky Winner.  

c) The Company’s decision in all matters to conduct the Giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

d) If any Winner is subsequently found ineligible/illegal to participate in the Giveaway, the Company may, at their sole discretion, forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in such manner and to such person as it deems fit.  

e) The validity of the prize is 6 months from the day the Winner is announced.

Earn a chance to win a trip for two (2) people to London; the prize solely covers two round-trip flight tickets and a two-night stay in one 4 stars standard hotel room or equivalent (all other costs, including visas and personal expenses, are the winner's responsibility).     

a) If a winner chooses not to utilize the gift (trip to London), the total gift value for the winner must be awarded as a cash prize worth 16,000 QAR. The Winner has 15 days to inform the Company about his/her choice : the prize or the cash.  

b) The raffle draw must take place within 3 days of the activation end date.

c) The Company's decision is final regarding the selection of Winner of the giveaways and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.   

d) Prizes are non-transferable.

e) Prizes will be awarded “as is” and the Company makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, in fact, or in law, concerning any prize, its use, value, or enjoyment.  

a) The Winner will be contacted via phone by the Company (or any authorized representative) on Oct 26, 2026 and be informed of next steps and justification to be presented to receive their trip to London voucher.  

b) The winner is fully responsible to share their correct details with the Company

c) The Company shall not be responsible for any matter related to the prize after receiving and during the use of it.

a) The Consumer hereby grants to the Company, at no cost, the unconditional, perpetual right and authority to publish and broadcast anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes and in any media, his/her name, image, likeness and/or photographs, video footage or audio record taken of him/her, taken during and for the purpose of the relevant promotions, except where prohibited by law. 

b) Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the Consumer's consent for the Company and its affiliated companies to use his/her name(s), personal information, and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Giveaway and advertising purposes only without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All information shall be handled and used in accordance with relevant data protection laws and the Company’s privacy policy.  

c) The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation to, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with the participation in the Giveaway, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize.  

d) The Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by Qatari Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha.  

a) If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation :- infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, the act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having the force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of the Company and its nominees, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Giveaway and/or the entry process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its nominees are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any email account, or any combination thereof.  

b) The Company and its nominees reserve the right to alter/withdraw the Giveaway scheme at any time without prior intimation, including the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Giveaway including the right to substitute any prize for an item of equal value. The Company and its nominees will be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify the Giveaway or to modify the T&Cs at any time prior to the closing date, by posting the revised T&Cs in the following URL ………….  

c) The decision(s) of the Company and its nominees in connection with all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and non-appealable.  

d) In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer herein, the decision of the Company and its nominees shall be final and binding on all concerned.
