Terms & Conditions

The Giveaway is organized and promoted by Colgate-Palmolive Gulf States Ltd. (the “Company”). This text is the contract  and the terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) that governs the relationship between the Company and you (“You”, the  “Consumer(s)” or “Winner(s)”) in contracting the activation of the Giveaway. The Consumer shall be subject to the Terms  and Conditions laid herein. It is at the absolute discretion of the Consumer to participate in the Giveaway. 

The Company reserves the right to revise the T&Cs at any time. You are responsible for regular review of the T&Cs. 

Article 1: Scope 

a) The Giveaway & online entries submissions will start on September 25, 2025 from 12:00 pm +4 GMT. Chance to  participate closes at 11:59 PM +4 GMT on November 23, 2025 . The Company reserves the right to extend the last  day of submission of entries without prior notice. 

b) The Giveaway is valid in UAE only, for everyone aged 18 years old or older, having a valid national ID or Passport. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid passport with minimum six months’ validity beyond travel dates.

Article 2: Participation Conditions & Giveaway Mechanism 

a) This Giveaway applies only to the Consumers who have registered in the dedicated page during the time of the  activation.To be eligible, the registration must be done within the period from September 25, 2025 12:00 pm +4 GMT until  November 23, 2025, 11:59 PM +4 GMT included 

b) To enter the Giveaway, the Consumer shall register and fill all the requested information in order to be able to  participate in the chance of winning the giveaway. 

c) The Consumer shall follow the instructions for the Giveaway by filling the correct information: Full Name, Email  Address, Phone number and date of birth. The Consumer grants the Company irrevocably the right to use such  contact information (including photos) if any for marketing activities 

I. The Consumer shall be responsible for giving his/her correct and complete information to participate in  the Giveaway. The Company will not be responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or false participant  information. 

II. Invalid entries (late, illegible, incomplete, and/or corrupt) will not be accepted. 

d) The employees of the Company and/or Colgate-Palmolive, and their immediate families (parents, grandparents,  children, grandchildren, siblings, in-laws -mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, and son- and spouses) are  excluded from the Giveaway. Any participation of these persons in the Giveaway in violation of this term shall be  considered automatically void. 

e) At any stage of the giveaway process, if usage of unlawful methods or cheating by a participating Consumer is  discovered, the same will result in disqualification and ban of further participation of that participant from the  giveaway.

f) By participating, you agree to follow and remain a follower of our official Instagram account, @colgatearabia, for the duration of the promotion and any period specified by Colgate-Palmolive. 

Article 3: Winners’ eligibility 

a) There will be one Winner of this Giveaway. The Winner will be contacted by the official email address namet_consumer@colpal.com or another official  employee email address ending with @colpal.com on November 26, 2025 and be informed of next steps and justification to be presented to redeem the prize. The company will never reach out from any social accounts. The Winner will be chosen through a random name picker/generator, the process of choosing the winner will be  recorded and reshared on our story on the Colgate Arabia Instagram account. The Company reserves the right to  exclude a participant from the participants' list if he/she is not matching with the terms and conditions of  eligibility, based upon the below-mentioned reasons: 

I. Fake identity or incorrect personal information 

II. Cheating suspicion 

III. Information requested was not received on time 

IV. Any other reasons deemed reasonably by the Company as invalidating the participation. 

b) The decision of the Company shall be final and binding. The Company shall not entertain any claim by the  Winner or Participant(s) citing problems of a technical malfunction of his/her computer online systems,  servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software while registering to participate or in claiming the prizes in  case if he/she is a lucky Winner. 

c) The Company’s decision in all matters to conduct the Giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be  entertained. 

d) If any Winner is subsequently found ineligible/illegal to participate in the giveaway, the Company may, at their  sole discretion, forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in such manner and to such person  as it deems fit.

Article 4: GIveaway Prizes details 

An all inclusive trip done through dnata.com including a 3 night stay with breakfast at a luxury resort/hotel in The Maldives for 2  people (Winner and a companion of his choice)  worth up to AED 20,000.   

a) The Company's decision is final regarding the selection of Winners and no correspondence will be entertained in  this regard. 

b) Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for other prizes or other considerations. 

c) Prizes will be awarded “as is” and the Company makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind,  expressed or implied, in fact, or in law, concerning any prize, its use, value, or enjoyment. 

d) The voucher needs to be redeemed before December 31st 2025 and the all inclusive trip needs to happen between April 20th 2026 and October 20th 2026 

e) The winner can not choose\ change the designed hotel/resort. For logistics reasons, Colgate-Palmolive reserves the right to change the hotel to a similar or superior category; 

f) The gift voucher is managed through Dnata, also known as (dnata.com) It is the winner’s responsibility to abide by dnata.com rules and regulations for redemption of the voucher. Carrier and agent rules, regulations and insurance provisions are applicable and in no way Colgate-Palmolive could be considered liable for any issue arising with those;

g) The giveaway prize includes a flight booking for two persons with Fly Dubai (or equivalent) in Economy Class.

h) Booking conditions: All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms and policies of the agency facilitating the reservation.

j) Cancellations: Cancellation of tickets, changes, and refunds are strictly governed by the terms and conditions of the agency. All related requests will be handled according to the agency’s policy.

k) Travel insurance: A general travel insurance policy is provided by Dnata for two people as part of the giveaway prize.

Article 5: Exclusions

The prize does not include personal expenses, optional excursions, additional meals/beverages outside the all-inclusive package, or any costs not explicitly stated above. Visas, if required, are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

Article 6: Prize Collection

a) The Winner will be contacted by the official email address namet_consumer@colpal.com or another official employee email address ending @colpal.com on November 26, 2025 and be informed of next steps and  justification to collect the prize. 

b) The prize collection address will be shared by the company after reaching out to the winner and sharing their  correct information. 

c) The winners are fully responsible to share their correct details with the Company 

d) The winners should provide valid documents such as national ID or passport to confirm their identity upon gift  collection. 

e) The Company shall not be responsible for any matter related to the prize after receiving and during the use of it. 

Article 6: Privacy Policy

Article 7: Intellectual Property Usage Rights & Legal Disclaimers 

a) The Consumer hereby grants to the Company, at no cost, the unconditional, perpetual right and authority to  publish and broadcast anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other  purposes and in any media, his/her name, image, likeness and/or photographs, video footage or audio record  taken of him/her, taken during and for the purpose of the relevant promotions, except where prohibited by law. 

b) Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the Consumer's consent for the Company and its affiliated companies to  use his/her name(s), personal information, and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Giveaway and  advertising purposes only without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All  information shall be handled and used in accordance with relevant data protection laws and the Company’s  privacy policy. 

c) The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, lost profits, indirect or direct damages,  consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, cost or expense  whatsoever, including without limitation to, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in  connection with the participation in the Giveaway, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize. 

d) The giveaway and these terms and conditions shall be governed by Dubai International Financial Center Law and  any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Center. 

Article 8: Giveaway 

a) If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation :- infection  by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, the act of God, war  (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood,  typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having the  force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of the Company and its nominees, which corrupts or  affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Company, to the  fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend  this giveaway and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Giveaway and/or the entry process. To the  fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its nominees are not responsible for any problems or technical  malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer  software and/or equipment, failure of any email account, or any combination thereof.

b) The Company and its nominees reserve the right to alter/withdraw the giveaway scheme at any time without  prior intimation, including the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this giveaway  including the right to substitute any prize for an item of equal value. The Company and its nominees will be  entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify the giveaway or to modify  the T&Cs at any time prior to the closing date, by posting the revised T&Cs on this page. 

c) The decision(s) of the Company and its nominees in connection with all matters relating to the giveaway shall be  final and non-appealable. 

d) In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer herein, the decision of the  Company and its nominees shall be final and binding on all concerned.
