Colgate Free Dental Check-Up Terms & Conditions

  • Introduction

    1. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the enrollment of dental professionals ("Participants") for Colgate Free Dental Check-Up ("Campaign") organized by Colgate-Palmolive Marketing Sdn Bhd ("Organizer").

    2. By opting in to participate in the Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

 

  • Campaign Period

    1. The Campaign will be active from February 15, 2026, to September 30, 2026 (the "Campaign Period"). The free dental check-up offered under this Campaign is valid only during this defined period.

 

  • Eligibility

    1. The Campaign is open to licensed dental professionals who reside in Singapore.

 

  • Enrollment Process

    1. To participate, dental professionals must complete the opt-in form available at https://www.colgate.com/en-sg/dentist-signup.

    2. While the Campaign is running, any eligible dental professionals wishing to participate may actively opt-in and join the Campaign at any time before the enrollment closing date of July 31, 2026.

    3. Participants must complete the opt-in form with their full and accurate personal and clinic information. To complete this submission, Participants must provide consent by ticking the checkbox agreeing to Data Privacy Terms.

    4. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may exclude any Participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

 

  • Scope of Dental Service

    1. Before conducting the dental checkup, Participants must kindly request consumers to present an official confirmation email (digital or printed) at a participating dental clinic. 

    2. Walk-in requests for Free Dental Checks will not be entertained. All sessions must be scheduled in advance by calling a participating dental clinic from the official list provided on our website. All bookings are subject to the individual clinic's slot availability and operating hours.

    3. The scope of dental service for this Campaign is strictly to only provide complimentary basic dental check-ups worth up to SGD50 to eligible consumers of the Campaign who presented themselves during the stated campaign period.

    4. This offer is valid for a one-time free dental check-up for one (1) person only. It is non-transferable and cannot be duplicated or shared.

    5. The complimentary dental check-up is strictly defined as a basic visual oral examination and consultation.

    6. This service expressly excludes any and all treatments, including but not limited to: scaling, polishing, fillings, extractions, X-rays, or other dental treatments.

    7. Any follow-up treatment recommended will be at the consumer’s discretion and chargeable at the clinic's standard professional rates.

 

  • Campaign Participation

    1. Upon successful enrollment, Participants will receive a confirmation email with registration details.

    2. Participants will receive another reminder email containing essential details regarding the Campaign seven (7) days prior to the official Campaign start date.

    3. Participants agree to actively participate in the Campaign activities based on the terms & conditions and privacy policy as outlined by the Organizer.

    4. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

    5. Participants have the right to opt out from this Campaign at any point. All opt out requests must be made by completing the official opt-out form available at https://www.colgate.com/en-my/dentist-signup .

    6. Participants remain fully obligated to honour and perform all complimentary dental check-ups for appointments that were booked prior to the confirmation of their opt out.

 

 

  • Intellectual Property

    1. The Participant agrees that all intellectual property rights materials submitted, made or created by the Participant during the Campaign and any derivative works arising there from will perpetually and unconditionally be vested in, assigned to and owned by the Organiser.

    2. The Organiser has the right to use and modify such materials or works in any way it deems fit without compensation to the Participant and the Participant waives all rights he or she may have in such materials or works.

 

  • Limitation of Liability

    1. The Organiser, its directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors, representatives and/or the appointed agency shall not be liable to any Participant in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the Participant and/or patient arising out of or in connection with the participation by the Participant in the Campaign.

 

  • Governing Law

    1. The Terms and Conditions of the Campaign shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
