Recycle your toothpaste tube

Did you know that you can help the environment by recycling your toothpaste tube? Each year 1.5 billion toothpaste tubes are thrown away. Our recyclable tube* can help make a difference. All you have to do is use it and then recycle it*
Step 1

Look for the symbol on the back and simply squeeze out as much of the toothpaste from the tube as you can.

 
Step 2

Put the cap back on, and place the tube in your recycling bin. No need to cut open the tube and rinse to try and remove excess toothpaste.
Step 3

The tube is ground up at the recycling facility and goes through a "rinsing" process, where all the residual toothpaste is washed off the plastic.
Step 4

After recycling, the tube is turned into other useful products.
