Colgate & Apollo Gums Expert Campaign

  1. The Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited ("Colgate") & Alliance Dental Care Limited ("ADCL", operating under the brand name of ‘Apollo Dental’) Gums Expert campaign (referred – ‘programme’ henceforth) is a consumer engagement programme, which is sponsored and operated by Colgate and ADCL.

  2. The programme is live only for the residents of India, - aged above 18 years, from 22nd-Jul '22 to 5th-Aug ’22 (programme tenure subject to change at Colgate’s discretion).

  3. Purchase of any Colgate products or availing ADCL services are not essential to participate in the programme. 

  4. For registering into the programme, participants are required to provide their basic details for signing to Colgate Smiles Club website which is a free registration loyalty site, offering a bunch of benefits to its users. Participants must thoroughly read, understand and accept the Colgate Smiles Club T&C’s, this programme T&C and are voluntarily also required to agree to the Privacy Policy of the Colgate Smiles Club.

  5. A participant can register themselves with their correct details multiple times to be eligible. The last updated details will be considered for membership in the Colgate Smiles Club.

  6. The Personal Details mentioned above will be treated as confidential and collected, used, processed and stored in accordance with Colgate’s Privacy Policy accessible at colgatepalmolive.co.in/legal-privacy-policy/colgate-smiles-legal-privacypolicy

  7. By submitting the Personal Details, you agree to receive Colgate’s promotional offers, special offers, newsletters, Colgate’s product launches information, Colgate feedback & surveys, advertising messages / communication or Colgate’s product samples information through emails/calls / text messages/whatsapp or by courier.

  8. By participating in the programme, you hereby also separately authorize and consent to ADCL and its affiliates to collect, store, use, process your above data for the purpose of this programme and for any future promotional communication as per the ADCL privacy policy which is available here (ADCL Privacy Policy)

  9. Any person who participates in this programme will be offered a complimentary Oral Health Screening by ADCL. The oral health screening will be performed by dentists of Apollo Dental Clinic at specified centers. Notwithstanding, herein mentioned above, if Apollo dentists advise diagnosis/ treatment/ procedure then such services shall be charged extra as per actuals post consent of the participants. Colgate shall not be responsible for the outcome of the diagnostic treatment or procedures opted by the participants and such procedures shall be outside the purview of this programme. 

  10. The screening results of your Oral Health will be confidential and shall be stored only by ADCL and their team for records and shall not be used for any other purpose except for providing the free oral health screening. Even Colgate will not be accessing or storing or processing the specific oral health screening except for consolidated anonymised data in this regard for programme data analytics. 

  11. Colgate and /or its agency will never demand or solicit or request for - (a) any advance payment or request for any kind of payment or charges whatsoever; or (b) any financial information of your accounts, credit or debit card etc; or (c) clicking any link or subscribe any suspicious link etc.; except registering with basic personal information on Colgate smiles club through the landing page. 

  12. The decision of Colgate as regards to the programme shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever in this regard will be entertained.

  13. No queries, claims, disputes, complaints or grievances pertaining to the programme shall be entertained by Colgate or its facilitating partners from the date of the closure of the programme. 

  14. This programmer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction. 

  15. Standard force majeure terms apply to this programme including government restrictions and inability to operate / perform due to reasons of a pandemic situation etc.

  17. Colgate may amend, update, extend, change, terminate, cancel, suspend etc. the terms hereof without any further notice and their decision shall be final in this regard.
