Colgate total active prevention is also antibacterial

I was recommended this toothpaste by a friend who suffers with sensitive teeth and love that its Antibacterial!! Colgate Total Active Prevention Sensitivity Mineral shield has been outstanding for my sensitive teeth. I have noticed my gums are even healthier with fresher breath. Its constiency is on point since I dont worry about it falling off while i brush. As a teeth clencher, this toothpaste has helped so much with remineralizing and continued prevention of cavities. The packaging is perfect for Colgate and fits well. Thr coverage of each brush back and forth makes me feel im doing the right things for my dental health. I really noticed a huge difference after 3 days.

I like Colgate products and overall this is a nice toothpaste. It's not too minty, so it doesn't leave that cold feeling on sensitive teeth. It cleans well without being overly abrasive, which can also irritate tooth sensitivity. The consistency is slightly runny, making it easy to leave a messy cap, or have it drip right off your brush if you're not careful. As for sensitivity relief, after using it twice a day for a week, I'd say it's ok. I've definitely had products that work better in this area and probably wouldn't switch from those products to this one. However, if you only have very mild sensitivity, this could be great and probably worth a try!

Definitely effective

I'm really liking this Colgate Total toothpaste. It gives me fresh breath and a total, whole mouth clean. It cleans really well, and I find the sensitivity shield very effective. I immediately started noticing cold and hot foods were not bothering me as much, as soon as I switched to this toothpaste. Cold foods bothered me the most and now I no longer get that shock feeling whenever I eat anything cold. Even though it's labeled as 'gentle mint' flavor, I actually find it moderately strong, but it's not too harsh and I enjoy the taste. Overall, I find this a fantastic product, and will be buying more of this. I highly recommend it for those with sensitive teeth.

Mineral shield for sensitivity

Colgate Total Active Prevention Sensitivity Mineral Sheild Toothpaste has provided my teeth a shield from sensitivity. During my first use, I was skeptical. Surprisingly, it does combat my all to familiar sensitivity. I use it 3 times a day and love the pink color; its new and different! The gentle mint flavor is not overwhelming and no mouth burning. It helps protect from cavities, gingivitis, and of course sensitivity. The packaging is ideal for my life since it's small enough to travel with. This is a staple in my bathroom. I recommend to anyone suffering tooth sensitivity. This toothpaste actually does as it claims!

Toothaches be gone

I've been dealing with tooth sensitivity and achy gums for years, so I'm glad to come across this toothpaste. I used it for a full week, brushing my teeth multiple times a day, and my teeth feel noticeably less zingy when I drink cold water.. which used to make me wince every single time. My gums also feel calmer, less of that raw irritated sensation I usually get after brushing. The mint flavor is mild and doesn't sting my sensitive gums the way some other toothpastes do. The biggest plus side is that I haven't had a toothache episode at all this week, though I can't say for certain if that's the toothpaste or just luck. We'll see if the results hold up over time but I am optimistic!

Decreases sensitivity!

I have always liked and trusted Colgate products, and was excited to try one of their toothpastes for sensitivity. My teeth get sensitive to hot and cold temperatures, but this toothpaste decreases it at least as much as my other favorite sensitivity toothpastes. The taste of this toothpaste is fresh without being too strong, and my teeth always feel clean after I use this. It seems like it can help prevent many dental issues, but I won’t know about long-term effects until my next dentist visit. I would definitely recommend giving this a try even if you don’t have trouble with sensitivity!

Since finishing Invisalign braces, my teeth have started to become much more cold air and cold beverage sensitive. I think it’s just the constant pressure and movement of my teeth. It was recommended to me to try out sensitivity toothpaste and this Colgate Total Sensitivity Mineral Shield did the trick. It did take a few weeks, but now I don’t feel any sensitivity anymore. I brush with this 2x a day and smear a little on the worst part after. I hope with time, I won’t need this too long but for now I have relief. I also hope the mineral shield will also help strengthen my enamel.
