It has a smooth texture and works well for keeping teeth clean and protected. The tube is easy to store and use. Overall, it is a good product for daily dental care. Frequency: Easy to use regularly. This stuff seriously rocks and it is reasonably priced for a high quality name brand product. I tend to use store brand on most things I buy but when it comes to dental care I always buy Colgate.

Very good toothpaste

Good flavour and makes me feel minty fresh. Good packaging, good value for money and works better than any other toothpaste I’ve ever used. The effectiveness is incredible and I would recommend.

I e been using gel-kam once a day for 15 years. I used to have cavities regularly, once I start gel-kam, haven’t had a single k e.
